Neeru Bajwa(Actress, Director)

A Canadian born actress and producer, Neeru Bajwa immense contribution to the Punjabi Cinema speak for itself. Her real name is Arshvir Kaur Bajwa and was born on August 26, 1980. Her debut movie in the Punjabi cinema was in 2004 with the title ‘Asa Nu Maan Watna Da’. But in 1998, her first Bollywood movie released. The name of the movie was ‘Main Solah Baras Ki’. As per her Wikipedia, her dad is Late Jawant Bajwa but it does not consist of details of her mother. Neeru Bajwa has 2 sisters in her family- Rubina Bajwa and Sabrina Bajwa who are also a part of the Punjabi Industry. He is known to have got the Gurbani verses tattoo on her forearm but had to apologize to the Akal Takht for the same. She married husband Harmikpal(Harry) Jawandha on February 8, 2015, and has a daughter Aanaya.
