Punjab singer Babbal Rai recently released a lockdown Jaago Video from his residence. It was a Sunday when people were lighting diyas, candles, and torches to show solidarity against the deadly spread of Covid 19, as requested by the PM Modi. People in large number came up and supported the cause with a zeal.
Several Bollywood and Pollwood celebrities marked their contributions. Everyone shared their pictures on various social media platforms. They further captioned it with words of unity and safety. However, there were few who presented their indigenous talents. One such peculiar personality turns out to be the popular Punjabi singer Babbal Rai.
He shot a video where he was singing the popular jaago theme song. He not only showed his support to PM’s appeal as well as shed light on some social concerns. Written and composed by Babbal himself, he titled it as ‘Quarantine Jaago’. As soon as he shared on his social account, it gone viral.
