The Punjabi movie Zakhmi reveals its official trailer today! Speed Records & Binnu Dhillon presents it in the association with Omjee Star. The film will hit theatres on 7th February 2020. Actors Dev Kharoud and Anchal Singh are playing the lead role. Furthermore, the film displays a compelling story about family, bond, and social justice.
The trailer opens to a suspense where Dev pacifies her daughter admitted to a hospital. Then he moved on to beating some goons. The fascinating tale further shares the glimpses from Dev and Anchal love story and parenthood. Overall, the trailer is quite captivating as far as story and action are concerned. Inderpal Singh takes up the charge of direction and screenplay. Besides the lead pair, Baby Teju Popli, Lakha Lehri, Suvinder Vicky among several others comprise the supporting cast. The music is given by popular Jaggi Singh.
Dev Kharoud started his career as a theatre artist. He is a versatile actor who is well-known for is several amazing roles in Dakuaan Da Munda (2018), Rupinder Gandhi the Gangster (2015), and Rupinder Gandhi 2: The Robin Hood (2017). His last outing was Kaka Ji & DSP Dev released in 2019.
Talking about Anchal Singh, she looks radiant and gorgeous opposite Dev Kharoud. Her acting skills are highly praiseworthy. She has proved her mettle in Sinhala, Hindi, Tamil, and now in Punjabi film industry. Before movies, she has appeared in more than three hundred TV commercials. Also, she made a debut with “Sri Siddhartha Gautama” in which she played the role of Princess Yashodhara. It has created history in Sri Lankan Cinema while becoming the highest grosser.
