Amazon Prime Video, a popular OTT platform, dropped the trailer of the much-awaited summer blockbuster, Toofan. It is an inspiring sports saga. Ritesh Sidhwani and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra produce it under Excel Entertainment and ROMP Pictures.
Interestingly, Farhan Akhtar acts as the producer as well as the actor in the movie. It marks a second sports movie for Akhtar after the massive hit Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Talking to a reporter, he mentioned that he has undergone rigorous training of about 9 months to get into the character’s skin. Besides him, the flick features Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal, Supriya Pathak Kapur, Darshan Kumaar, Vijay Raaz, Hussain Dalal, and Dr. Mohan Agashe.
Furthermore, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directs the high-octane movie. Talking about the powerful trailer, it acquaints you through the transition of a local goon, Ajju Bhai turning to a professional boxer, Aziz Ali. Set in Bombay, the flick is a narrative of trust, belief, and self-assurance powered by passion and determination.
