The most-awaited Punjabi movie Carry on Jatta 3 has hit the big screens today. The multi-starrer film is directed by Smeep Kang. Featuring Gippy Grewal, Binnu Dhillon, Sonam Bajwa, Jaswinder Bhalla, Karamjit Anmol, and several others, the third edition of the franchise offers the utmost drama and comedy. The plot revolves around the young lad Jass (Gippy) who wishes to marry the love of his life, Meet (Sonam). Jass has two best friends Honey (Gurpreet Ghuggi) and Goldy (Binnu). Furthermore, Meet has two uncles (Mama) – Nasir Chinyoti and Harby Sangha. Together they run a restaurant and since they are singles they don’t hire any married men.
Next, due to some criminal case, they meet an advocate (Jaswinder Bhalla) who is the (brother-in-law) of Karamjit Anmol. Moreover, confusion ensues when Goldy (Binnu) comes in with his wife Diljit (Kavita) and the kid Fateh (Shinda). To begin with, Jaswinder Bhalla is the first-positioned character in terms of the best performance in the movie. He performs outstandingly with his peculiar comic timing. Next on the list is Gippy who makes yet another remarkable performance on-screen. His acting skills and dialogue delivery are praise-worthy.
On the other hand, Sonam Bajwa makes a substantial contribution to making the film memorable and exciting. Besides them, Karamajit Anmol, Binnu Dhillon, and Gurpreet Ghuggi also put their best foot forward in lifting up the fun quotient in the flick. Kavita Kaushik, Shinda Grewal, Nasir Chinyoti, and Harby Sangha also add their talents to make an entertaining drama.
The director Smeep Kang deserves a round of applause for his immaculate direction throughout the movie. Moreover, as the entire shoot is done in the U.K., the picturesque locations fill up the screen space with fascination. Next, Naresh Kathooria deserves appreciation for his dialogues and hilarious one-liners. However, the dubbing for Kavita Kaushik was a little turn-off, as it is not in her original voice. Viewers are well-acquainted with Kavita’s voice, thanks to her popular TV show, F.I.R.
Jaani is the magician behind the heart-tickling lyrics, composition, and music. All the songs comprising Lehenga, Jatti, Farishtey, and of course the title track evoke amusement. Even before the release, the tracks are already leading the music charts.
In conclusion, Carry on Jatta 3 offers everything to entertain moviegoers. However, we recommend you watch the movie in a troop or group be it your family or friends for more entertainment. So, don’t wait! Get your gang and hop onto the laughter ride.
