Movie Review of Gippy Grewal’s Punjabi Film Faraar
The name ‘Punjabi’ itself suggest that something relates to funny, Luxury, healthy, historical or goddess things. However when we talk about Punjabi movies people Immediately guess it could be comedy or historical movie, Where we noticed tremendous changes from last years in Punjabi film industry, some movies achieved high success and some failed to kiss the target, but upcoming movie Faraar nailed in a different way. The story is based on two youngsters Ekam and Shinda. Both Characters played by gippy and movie round up between them, where Ekam is an inncocent guy and Shinda is gangster who lives in America.Enemies of mobster shinda confused and create problems when they saw Ekam in the USA,(Ekam went for studies there). Kaptaan is a villain in the film. Faraar is a full package of entertainment. Afterall, Ekam faced lots of problems and how they deal with them for this you can watch a movie in your nearest cinemas.
According to a story, all did well in the movie. Gippy played a fantastic double role as Ekam and Shinda and seriously it seems like both roles are played by a different person. Kainaat Arora was seen in a gorgeous look and performed her job right. The famous and interesting character of Jaggi Singh as a Kaptaan in the movie really worth watching. Filmmakers worked on the looks of both actor and villain which was seen in the movie.
Baljit Singh Deo is the man behind this fabulous movie who worked damn professionally by using Hollywood technologies. His creativeness can judge by watching it where a young director from Canada hammered it by direction. Every scene of Faraar shooted from different angles and by putting tons of hard work. However, Movie carried good budget which they utilized very well under the guidance of Deo.
The movie has a variety of songs sung by Manmohan waris, Harshdeep Kaur, Sunidhi, Jazzy B, Gippy Grewal, Bohemia and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Music managed to entertain the public but somewhere in the movie songs failed to match the scene. Read more here about music of Faraar
