The new forthcoming Punjabi movie “Manje Bistre” by Gippy Grewal shows how marriages took place before 90’s. In old times people in Punjab used to collect cots and mattresses during wedding function but now time has changed. All old rituals have gone or if they exist they are in some corners of Punjab like villages and also in quite less number.
The music in the movie “Manje Bistre” is like essence and has given a beautiful radiance to it.
The title track of Manje Bistre released last month by Nachattar Gill, music given by Jassi Katyal is being loved by everyone having a very famous and main line of song “The marriage is not a marriage unless we collect cots and mattresses” The actors, the cinematography, the direction, the singer, the music, and compositions everything brings to us old sweet Punjab. Pure, sweet and innocent love..!!
The other popular song “Dubai Wale Shaikh” released on 19th march is being loved worldwide. Gippy Grewal and Sonam Bajwa together gave their voice in this song and is penned by Happy RaiKoti. The performance and the expression add grace to this song.
The overwhelming love chemistry in the song “Ja Vi Na” by Karamjit Anmol of astonishing Punjabi movie “Manje Bistre” Music given by Jason Thind and lyrics penned by Kuldeep Kandiara. Again a marvelous song by Karamjit Anmol after “Yaara ve Yaara”
The movie is all set to release with the superb songs, family drama, a little suspense, and romance. Feel the simplicity of 90’s Punjabi wedding in your nearest cinema on this Vaisakhi 14th April.
